High Density Foam
Foam quality is determined by its density, measured as mass per unit volume. Our mattresses use high-density foam, providing enhanced support, durability, and comfort. Our standard mattresses feature 100mm thick foam. Foam thicknesses of 50mm, 150mm, and 200mm are also available upon request. The samples shown above display foam at 50mm and 100mm thicknesses, including an example covered with fabric.
Removable Cover with a Double Zip
Our mattresses have a removable cover with a double zip for easy access. Quality workmanship is guaranteed, every seam, zip and corner is finished with precision for a snug, durable fit.
Material & Colour Options
Our mattresses are covered with hard-wearing Riptech Canvas (400gsm), a heavy-duty fabric made from acrylic- treated polyester. This material is woven with a reinforcing technique, making it exceptionally resilient and well-suited to withstand the demanding South African environment. It offers Water resistance, UV protection, and Fungal resistance, allowing it to endure exposure to sun, dust, and moisture. The tightly woven material prevents dog hair from sticking in the material, so any fur or dust brushes or wipes off effortlessly. So easy to clean and dries of within seconds. This fabric guarantees long-lasting durability for your mattress, ensuring it is prepared for any conditions.
