Upon receiving and unwrapping the mattress, I noticed that there were, what looked to either be scuff marks or burn marks, on a section of the canvas cover. Looking at the plastic it was covered in, one could immediately tell that the damage was caused during transportation by the courier. I popped Melanie a mail to confirm receipt of my order and that I was extremely happy with the products and quality thereof. I briefly mentioned that the mattress cover was slightly damaged during transportation, not with any further expectation. Melanie contacted me and without hesitation, had a new mattress delivered! My entire experience with The Bakkie Mattress and Melanie was extremely pleasant- Melanie was extremely professional and kept me up to date at all times.
